What are Your Rights as a Data Subject?
As regards your personal data pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the right to use and transmit your rights related to
- Finding out if it is being processed,
- Requesting information if processed,
- Acquiring the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
- Being aware of the third parties to whom personal data are transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of the personal data in case they are incomplete or wrong processed and the transaction performed under this scope to be informed to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
- Requesting the erasure or disposal of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite being processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting compensation in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
You can submit your requests regarding your rights in question, preferably by filling in all the information specified in the LPPD Application Form on our website,
- By personally visiting our head office in Istanbul / Kadıköy,
- in writing through a notary public or by registered letter with return receipt in order to determine your identity and not to provide information to the wrong persons,

- (if any) by sending an e-mail to kvkk@tgexpo.com by using the e-mail address previously notified by you to the Company and registered in our systems
or by other methods to be determined by the Board in the future.
